External sound card usb c 5.1

I used my 5.1 speaker setup on my old desktop pc with DTS and I'm trying to imitate that on my laptop by using an external sound card. My receiver model is the Yamaha HTR-6230 that I bought in 2010.

My laptop is the Razer Blade 15 - 2020 Base model ‎RZ09-03287EM2-R3U1.

Hello, I am looking for an external sound card than will allow me to use 5.1 surround sound from my laptop to my home theater setup.
